Commissioned by Saregama Music, one of India’s leading music labels, the project aimed to blend spiritual themes with the expressive power of animation to evoke a deep emotional and meditative experience for viewers.
This animated music video was created as a devotional offering dedicated to Lord Shiva, one of the principal deities in Hinduism, known as the destroyer and transformer within the Trimurti. The video is centered around the sacred hymn "Karcharan Kritamva", a traditional Sanskrit prayer that expresses heartfelt repentance and surrender to the divine.
As the Animator, my role involved bringing the visual narrative to life through carefully crafted movements and transitions that aligned with the rhythmic cadence and mood of the chant.
